Many NFL fans think Johnny Manziel is one of the biggest NFL Draft busts ever. The Heisman Trophy winner from Texas A&M took the college football world by storm in 2013. So the quarterback-needy Cleveland Browns made him a first-round pick in 2014 and hoped he would lead them into a new era.
